Cookery club 16/6/10

Back again after a wonderfully sunny half-term.  This week we made a lemon dressing which we drizzled over a refreshing cucumber, fennel and radish salad.  We reserved a little of the lemon dressing to finish off a warm potato salad, made using Jersey Royals, garlic, Dijon mustard and horseradish; not for the faint-hearted!

 

The fennel, cucumber and purple radishes were finely sliced.
