We have spent the day learning about the Universe, solar system and living in space.
Each class has produced their own cosmic clerihews (poems) about the moon with Jo, tried delicious space food with Mrs Wilde, calculated how much moon ice they would have to mine to create enough water to survive and, with Jackson, performed space-themed drama to learn more about the universe.
All our food for the day was brilliantly tied in to space by our very own Chef Lizzie. The Moon cakes were awesome but not as awesome as the class rocket launches (you can watch them at the end)! Congratulations to Form II for the greatest altitude reached and to UIV for achieving the longest trajectory.
Thankyou to Jo and Jackson from AS-Creatives for helping to make the day very special.
